Dear Parking Lot Backer-Inner,

Dear Parking lot backer-inner,

I was the person in the parking lot yesterday patiently waiting, smiling and silently fuming while you backed your monster sized SUV into the small parking space near the door.

While you backed in,

readjusted & pulled forward,

Backed in,

and repeated the process for 5 fricking minutes. Until of course you were wedged in there so tightly the folks in the next car had to turn sideways and practically climb in their car window.

Is there something in your brain waves that forces you to park that way? Are you robbing the grocery store and need to pull out for a quick getaway? Does it make you feel special? Is there a sense of pride in walking out of the store and seeing your front grill?

All I know is that you usually take two spaces, I always have to wait for you to get parked and you seem to have some sense of entitlement when it comes to pulling out of that space as well.

Please park in the back of the lot from now on; join those puller-thoughers out there, okay?
