Ok, this time it is not my fault. I tried to use that automatic blogger posting thing and well, it did not work. So here is.....
My weekly update. I lost another 1.2 lbs last week and this week I don't feel real great about my eating. I am retaining water and feel like a pudge. Anyway, I will post an update after the WI on Saturday.
As far as my goal for last week, did not do it. I was on a junk food hunt all week and temptation was not far - M&M's at a meeting, found leftover holiday chocolate kisses, etc. I think I have rooted it all out now...lol. Maybe that explains the bloat.
My motivation - look better in my cruise and other casual pictures - I know vain, but what can I say? We all have our moments.
This weeks goal? All things in moderation, not eliminating any food groups, constant posting of points and smarter choices.
